Focused SRP DME diagram by removing extraneous elements

Specifically:

  • Slimmed down Proposal and Solicitation by removing attributes irrelevant to our PPR Process design
  • Removed ProposalCopy and User entities since User isn't really an entity and ProposalCopy isn't relevant to our design.
