Removed SRP.isrs and SRP.csrs in entity, repo, and services

Sam Kagan requested to merge thin-out-srps into THE-LARGE-PPR-PROCESS-REFACTOR-OF-2023

Completes STT-1253.

Also removed ISR.srp_id and PPRPR.srp_id.

Tests should pass for repositories, domain-layer services, and application-layer services.
