'Individual Reviews' tab stays highlighted when on the reviews list or a specific reviewers page. Updating Conflict Declarations now refetches the ScienceReviewers so that the 'areConflictsCertified' flag gets updated, and PPR's are refetched if FNS are updated so st dev and mean are updated
