Product fetcher (datafetcher redesign)

This is a major refactoring of the functionality of the datafetcher, and it presents a new command line tool, productfetcher. This new tool has all the same functionality of the datafetcher but achieves it in a new way, with a strong emphasis on composition of small pieces that do one thing.

Once the productfetcher becomes stable, it will replace the datafetcher.
