No Story: Cal and imaging default PPR recipe

This bug was found by Mark in testing 2.8.7.

Commit aa7b4a75 updated the recipe that the CASA matrix retrieves to be procedure_hifv_calimage_cont_cube_selfcal.xml. This replaces the content in the default PPR (used when the matrix can't find the recipe) to be the contents of this file.

The template contents have been updated manually in the dev and test databases.
