Added calibration-table-collector.sh script from the archive

  • Adapted script to conform to WS specifications
  • Added necessary CAPO properties
  • Wrote test that ensures the expected files are generated and that the output tar contains the expected files within
  • Updated workflow container boot script to include new staging and storage directories
